Cancellations must be done at least 24-48 hrs in advance. Failure to do so will result in a “no-call no-show” fee of 40%. I am very understanding, if an emergency does occur in which you are not able to make your appointment please don’t hesitate to communicate that to possibly avoid cancellation charges.
